Conor Sheridan is an experienced Wills and Estates lawyer who joined the CDQ team in 2018.
Working closely with Team Leader, Nicolas Moore, Conor practises primarily in the fields of Wills & Estates, civil litigation, property and criminal law. He has considerable experience in the preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships, and protecting the interests of clients who may not have the capacity to look after their own affairs.
Conor also has an interest in succession planning and works closely with clients to determine the most appropriate strategies to transfer control of a trust or trading company independently of a Will. In particular, he has experience working with family business owners to structure their commercial and personal affairs in a way that will provide ongoing security for their family and ensure the long-term viability of their business.
Prior to joining CDQ, Conor worked for another suburban Sydney law firm. During this time, he gained experience representing clients on issues that ranged from Family Law disputes, to general civil litigation and property matters, and the breadth of this experience gave Conor a comprehensive understanding of the law as it relates to an individual. This understanding, combined with a genuine desire to help people and the ability to communicate complex legal issues in easy-to-understand plain English, make Conor an important, and highly-valued member of the CDQ team.
