Tracey Clements

Tracey is an experienced Conveyancer in the Property Team at Colin Daley Quinn.

Tracey began her career in legal administration, working with a number of law firms around Sydney including one of the Top Tier city-based firms.

After working for some time in their property law practice area she developed a strong interest in the field, later going on to complete her Conveyancing Law & Practice Program at Macquarie University as a licensed Conveyancer in her own right and is a member of the AIC (NSW).

In her role at CDQ, Tracey is responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of leasing including commercial, retail and residential arrangements.  She has worked closely with, and represented,  both landlords and lessees and has a strong understanding of the relevant legislation, as well as our clients' rights and obligations.

In addition to leasing, Tracey also undertakes a large amount of residential conveyancing work for CDQ clients, whether they are first home buyers, investors, vendors or purchasers.

Tracey's outstanding communication and organisational skills ensure clients' property matters run as smoothly as possible and she ensures that they receive regular updates on the progress of their transactions.  Tracey particularly enjoys the challenge and the fast pace of property law, as well as the fact that no two days are the same!
